Bug Description
Designate v1 will be considered strongly deprecated ("use it at your own risk") in newton so we can remove some of the hacks put in for v1 - primarily, support for the dns.record.<action> notifications.
In addition, designateclient supports listing all recordsets and handles paging itself so we can simplify some of the serialization and extraction code.

Remove designate v1 artifacts
Designate v1 are going to be deprecated, remove some
hacks made for v1 api, including support for
dns.record notifications, also simplify list zones
and recordsets code by using v2 api's built-in
pagination.
