Server's description is missing

A new field called "description" has been added to nova instances:
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/nova/+spec/user-settable-server-description
this field is a string that user used to describe their instances,
but yet it isn't collected by searchlight. As this data is really useful when
user searching their instances, we should collect it.

    Add microversion support for nova plugins

    When nova adds new fields to nova resources,
    new API microversions will be added, we should
    add the ability to set microversions when we
    call nova client to make the most use of the
    newly added fields.
