Remove duplicate project/tenant facets from cinder plugins

In a (perhaps misguided) attempt to future proof against the move to project_id (from tenant_id) I included both in the cinder plugins. Travis pointed out that for admins, three fields are returned with the same facet options (for both snapshots and volumes) which is confusing. To maintain parity across other plugins, tenant_id is probably the one we should stick with. facets_excluded in each plugin lists the fields that should be excluded from facet lists (if left blank, every field in the mapping minus admin_only_fields is returned).
