id's in mlddMenu are obsolete

Bug Description
The id's "menu_XX" are obsolete because they get overridden by the javascript slider. We'll modify the listMenu so that one can decide if the "menu_XX" should be added as an id or a class. The mlddMenu which extends the listMenu can then use this new optional parameter in order to output a class. It's possible to add individual design information if needed.
