does not detect external file change

Using the last version from repo. i open a file in scribes, let it opened, and change the file using vim or other editor, saves it, and scribes does not reload the file, as other editors do, this is extremely important for people who use git and are branching a lot, i have lost work because of that behavior.

I disabled this feature in the latest release because of bug. I'll have it enabled was I've found and fixed the problem.
