0.4-dev-build849 crash

[quarx]

crash sequence:
open file 1 (all functionality are working)
open file 2 (either from a drag-drop or scribes menu) will open scribes window but not loading/opening the requested file and without visible menu.

crash sometimes occurs on the 3rd file.

when crash occurs, file 1 menu is not accessible anymore.
