RFE: Document Browser Remember Window Size and Position

The document browser window doesn't grow as document list grows so we cannot see the whole list.

Note that the height of the window is only one third of the one of my screen.

Of course this problem isn't at all critical.

Having the document browser remember the window size and
position you give it, just like Scribes main window, is a
way to solve this problem.

This should be implemented for 0.5 when I rewrite the
document browser.
