Bug Description
When un checking the box "creating new item" - the fields shown not only stay on screen/visible but also duplicate 2x's.
Suggestion - link the online book reader into the the transclusion content editor so that you don't have to switch between windows/tabs to look at the editor and then the reader - Picture in Picture.

If this is still an issue, we probably need to figure out a way to track it.
(Part of dealing with it will involve some negotiation with other coworkers, if it is still an issue.)
