Items not appearing on Metamanager

As at all centers, our scribe operators report their numbers in terms of pages and books checked-in daily. Lately, however, not all of the materials that they report having checked-in are appearing on metamanager within the typical 24-hour period when we search the scandate . For example, one operator (associate‑megan‑<email address hidden>) reported having scanned redcrossinpea00bart on March 5th; however it still does not show up on metamanager with a scandate and actually appears to be redrowed. One thing we found is that this issue is specifically affecting our operators working on Yale books (we have a z39.50 connection with Yale), could this be the cause this delay? In any case, this is causing confusion in terms of recording and reporting numbers so if this can be resolved as soon as possible, it would be appreciated!

I would like to see more examples of this. The book you mentioned as an example was redrowed during the upload task (so it was never uploaded from the scribe). That particular redrow type does have a glossary entry, so Stacy could have rerun it if she saw it. The redrow report should be checked by a coordinator each day to keep up with common and easily fixed issues like this.

However, I'm not sure that's the cause of all the issues, so if you can link to some books that are not redrowed it would be helpful.
