Bug Description

Scribe1 at UNC Chapel Hill: The republisher is responsible for not only following the notes made during scanning, but also transcribing any pertinent information from the internal notes into the checkin notes for online readers (and I guess for QA people?) As a book is opened in Republisher any internal notes that were written during scanning pop up and it is impossible to miss them. It would be very useful if the internal notes would pop up once more during the checkin check, before the book is uploaded, so that the republisher could more easily remember what needs to be transcribed into checkin notes for the reader, or, so that the potential remote republisher could remember any 'fix by republishing' errors found during republishing, like skipped or blurry pages. It would be easier to avoid accidental uploads of books that still need work.
