When I tried to checkin I got the following error: "Error: tar returned non-zero retval when tar-ing orig JP2 (retval=2)", and now when I try to open the book again, I get the following error: "Error triggered: simplexml_load_file() [function.simplexml-load-file]: /0/items/republish/pastoraltheologi00orwi/pastoraltheologi00orwi_scandata.xml:14535: parser error : Premature end of data in tag cropBox line 14533 (code 2)

Root cause of problem seems to be that the root trash is too full (105 G).

So propose to add something to the clean service which periodically nukes the root trash.

Would like some feedback before actually doing this though, in case there are some pearls in the trash (or something like that).

I would just point out that it's *only* capitolhill that has problems with stuff accumulating in root's trash, filling up the disk. If we can figure out why it's been happening there, we won't need to add this new automatic cleanup mechanism.
