Curly Quotes Cause Confusion in Biblio/Wonderfetch

I ran into an error someone was experiencing today trying to load items with a contributor value of St. John’s College Health Sciences Library (notice the ’) when the correct value should have been St. John's College Health Sciences Library. At some point in the future, we should normalize curly quotes and dashes submitted through wonderfetch for sponsor and contributor values, especially since partners fill these forms out using Microsoft software, and Microsoft Word at least (not sure about Excel) forces curly quotes by default.
