Fix warnings on colors_at_ends books

Bug Description
When the "colors_at_ends" flag is flipped on in scribe.xml, the first and last images of all books are automatically marked as color cards.
However, users are still seeing warnings on the Checkin Readiness Screen that relate to an older workflow in which we expect the images opposite of the front and back cover to be deleted.
The warnings in question are:
"Warning: The page before the Front cover has not been marked as Deleted!"
and
"Warning: The page after the Back cover has not been marked as Deleted!"
