Republisher does not save after entering a number in 'page num' box

1. Open any book in RePublisher.
2. Highlight any page.
3. Enter a number in the 'page num' box.
4. Tick the checkbox or press the Enter key.

Note: In the current workflow, the operator is directed to assert the first numbered page, then drag the blue navigation square to the end of the book.
