keyboard shortcuts do not work after 'auto-crop' push

After pushing the latest code enabling the new auto-crop/processing change, the scanners in Boston noticed that the keyboard shortcuts no longer work. I placed an alert() at the beginning of pressed() in Republisher.js on one of the scribes in an attempt at a quick debug and found that pressed() was not being called - the message from alert() was never displayed after pressing one the shortcuts. I have not looked any further into this.
