Request: Sticky ppi when shooting foldouts

Bug Description

Every time a foldout is shot we currently have to manually enter a ppi setting.

Some of our projects don't require the camera to be moved (some folios for example), so it's a waste of time to re-enter the same information.

Proposed solution:

Make the field in that ppi pop-up sticky
but also highlighted, in case the operator does want to change the ppi (having it highlighted will save the operator the step of deleting the previous ppi. they can instead just enter the new one)

We just made ppi *unsticky* in regular scanning, due to errors resulting from operators forgetting to reset it properly. I understand the highlighting will help prevent such oversights here, but I'd prefer to see us require some positive action on the part of the operator to make ppi sticky - perhaps a checkbox that is off by default.

This is true. And we don't want to duplicate the ppi errors we had in regular scanning.

I think your suggestion is good. Perhaps a "folio" mode of some sort.

So made the ppi sort of sticky for foldouts in the RePublisher (modified RePublisher.js, revision 32311).

The first time you shoot in a book, you have to type in the numbers.

The second time you shoot, the numbers you type in are the default.

(So, for example, when you change books, you have to type in numbers as well.)

If this is too sticky, then we can put in a time limit (e.g., you need to type in numbers if it has been more than X minutes since the last shot), or do something else.
