Bug Description

Case:

Let's say that there's an un-numbered illustration in the middle of a range of numbered pages.
Too keep our page number assertions in order, we currently need to do the following in republisher

1. assert the last numbered page before the un-numbered illustration
2. change the page number assertion on the page after the un-numbered illustration to get pagination back on track

Proposal:

We need the ability assert an image as being un-numbered and have republisher automatically complete the sequence above.
There isn't much real estate left on the interface but were the two options that came to my head:

1. put a checkbox under the current page assertion area
2. create an item in the page assertion type drop down

(now that i'm thinking of it, option two is probably better since it will be less likely to be accidentally used)

both examples are here: http://www.archive.org/~pnguyen/images/un-numbered.png
