b_c3 shiptracking field does not work in unbiblio mode

When using unbiblio (aka Create Your Own aka Wonderfetch Mode 3) mode in biblio, the shiptracking field does not populate to the metaform or the meta.xml.

Steps to reproduce:

Go to http://yaz.us.archive.org/biblio

Select Internet Archive as Sponsor and Contributor
Fill out a five digit code in ShipTracking
Fill out a Title
Fill out an Author
hit the Create button

That should generate this link, more or less:

Where the ShipTracking code did not properly populate the metaform.

Same occurs when generating URL dynamically in Wonderfetch
