Zoom box does not work for Foldouts

When shooting a foldout, the zoom box in republisher does not accurately display the data that the mouse is hovering over.

In the case of foldouts, by simply passing "0" as the handSide, rather than "1" or "-1" (left & right), to RePublisherSVG-jpgtoproxy, rotation of the RAW jpg is disabled. Attached is a patched version of the function 'loadPageZoom' from RePublisher.js which does this.

Ah, Tom, you are so helpful and quick on the uptake!

I'll need to patch it in and discuss with Paul how, when,
where, and with whom to test.

Put Tom K's code in RePublisher.js, revision 31945.

Did not actually get all of Tom K's code out, as i skipped one line, so added that last line in revision 31946.
