no ability to save notes while using republisher

Scanners are currently not able to save notes during the republisher. They can only save their notes when they are ready to check-in.

two possible solutions:

1. make the notes page in the check-in page savable w/out having to check-in the item
2. have a notes option on each spread so the scanners can drop notes in as they are applicable

Scanners in Boston have been complaining about this recently, so I made a silly kind of a work around....it involves a 'NOTES' button in republisher that opens up a popup window with a textarea to write notes in....so the scanner has to remember to manually copy/paste the notes they wrote into the notes field at checkin, but an alert could be added that says "dont forget your notes!" or something like that. Scanners seem to be finding this helpful, but a more integrated way to save notes throughout and even to have that data paired with the spread would be ideal.

Follow up post with the code for adding <notes> to scandata for specific leafs + Bookreader code to display these notes while viewing a book (should that be posted to Bookreader's launchpad as well?)
