Folio trouble in Republisher

[Celeste Compton]

At the Princeton Center, our foldout operators have had some issues with editing FOLIO items on the republishing dashboard (items "Sent to Foldout" do not have this problem). Once in republisher, they are unable to insert or reshoot a page/spread. When they attempt to insert/shoot a page, they receive the following error message:

Failed to save your changes!!!
Error: <pre>UniCamera::shootFolio() caught exception:U1.
ERROR: did not find tmp file /0/items/republish/elliotfeidenb001f006/elliotfeidenb001f006_raw_jpg/elliotfeidenb001f006_raw_0000-insert_f6139.JPG4pre>
ERROR: capture failed with status: UniCamera::shootFolio()caught exception:U1.
ERROR: did not find tmp fil /0/items/republish/elliotfeidenb001f006/elliotfeidenb001f006_raw_jpg/elliotfeidenb001f006_raw_0000-insert_f6139.JPG

Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated! Without this function, operators will be forced to reshoot entire folders for one or two small errors.

Thanks Celeste for reporting the problem.

Does this happen on every single insert and reshoot?

Or do some get through?

(If it is intermittent, then it is probably more
difficult to solve, but if it always fails, then
it sounds like some kind of logical bug or hole
in the code.)

It happens every time- and at every station (fold1, fold2 and fold5).

Actually, Celeste, one more thing.

Has it always been broken this way, or do you remember
a time when it ever worked?

(What i'm trying to determine is whether we did
something that broke it, or whether it was something
that we just never implemented for whatever reason.)

Sorry for the delay!

There was a time following the introduction of this new system when the
operators were able to shoot and insert pages. This is a somewhat recent
development (it stopped working sometime during this past month).

Stacy A wrote me that this is no longer an issue, so changing status to "Fix Released".
