Printscreen "PrtScn" button doesn't actually take a screenshot

It used to make a sound but after I tried to hard map it in Setting it doesn't do it anymore but keeps withouth working.

I think this bug is not related to the app, it's related to elementary OS loki.

In my laptop the PrtScn key is called "Disabled".

I have this problem on a System76 Galago, but it goes beyond this. None of the screenshot-related keyboard shortcuts work for me (some of them produce a sound, but nothing else happens, and a screenshot never ends up in the clipboard). Mapping to different key combos besides PrtSc did not fix, so I don't think it is specific to the PrtSc key.
