Bug Description

The default settings of newly launched screenlet could be windows option (keep below = off). This seems to be more intuitive behavior.

New users are often frustrated when the screenlet remains sticky (on top) when they switch to other windows. Screenlets default behavior could be stick to desktop instead. (AFAIK that's how all screenlets on OS's work)
