Screenlets-new Widget layer doesn't always work at widget's startup

Bug Description

With screenlets, I use ClearWeather Screenlet and hide it with the widget plugin of compiz. When ClearWheater is start, it is automatically hide (I chose window->widget on it).
With screenlets-new, this doesn't work. I can hide ClearWeather only after showing and hiding widgets (F9 two time). I tried with Wireless, and this is the same, but with Clock, it works correctly !
