Context menu and properties do not match

Running 0.0.10-3, latest from the repo, information in the context menu and the properties>options menu do not match. For instance, if I set a screenlet to "stick to desktop" in the properties menu the correct action will occur. Yet when right clicking and selecting "window" from the context menu the "stick to desktop" box remains unchecked. This is confusing for the user. One would expect the two menus to reflect the same information.

Some changes now made in one menu will be reflected in the other. The behavior is not consistent though.

Some behaviors are now more confusing. For example, "locking" the screenlet from the context menu will reflect the change in the preferences menu, but unlocking from the preferences menu will not be reflected in context menu. "Lock" remains checked in the context menu despite the fact that the screenlet is now "unlocked." Unchecking "lock" in the context menu will now result in the screenlet becoming locked.

The "keep above" and "keep below" option seem to have the most inconsistent behavior. Probably related to Bug #163101

This bug is fixed 100 % in rev 107
the other bug keep above / below is fixed on right click menu but not in the window menu
