Clock doesn't update the date

Bug Description

When the "Show Date" option is check, this date doesn't update automatically after midnight. You need to force update to display the right date.

I tried the 0.0.14 but it didn't fix the problem.
Time Zone : Paris
Time-Offset 1.0

After some testing, if you have an offset of 1, it'll update on 1H00. If you have 2, on 2H00 etc ...
So not fix for all cases :)
