Backspace deletes just the letters from keys like PgDn

Bug Description

When I press PgDn, PgUp etc. and afterwards use the Backspace Key, only the letters of the word are deleted. So pressing it ones makes "PgD", pressing it twice "Pg" and so on. (I think it would be good to show the key as an own one and don't delete the output - see #591430)

@meles, in the new version I have added in the preferences dialog, an option to change the display mode (raw or nomal)
