Bug Description

It' be nifty if you could right click on the "Open" button for a list of recent documents

Sounds more like a job for "closed tabs" menu in the tab bar

A "trash" would be more consistent with web browsers and more discoverable than right-click on Open which I only tried just now because it was suggested.

I think trash in the context of a text editor implies that the document was deleted, not simply closed.
