Make the new folder manager track file attributes properly

Bug Description
In files, each folder monitors the attribute changes of the children and queues the updating of those attributes.
Something similar needs to be done in the new folder manager [1], and depedning on the case, if the permissions do not allow the creation of a file, do not show the "add file/folder" items in the context menu. Similarly with renaming, trashing, etc.
