Bug Description

If I create a new empty document I cannot start editing.
Often I just start an editor (kate since Scratch wont let me) and copy past text for late usage
But when I click new document in Scratch I have no place where I can enter text:-( The text area is completely emty, grey and it does not allow input.
I have to save the document first as i.e. noname.txt, then open it and NOW I can enter text

As indicated here: http://elementaryos.stackexchange.com/questions/1241/cant-open-a-new-tab-or-new-file-on-scratch This is a permissions issue caused by running Scratch with sudo permissions on first run. Marking as "Invalid" for Scratch

Changed in scratch:
status: New → Invalid

As I said, it looks like this.

This is not a permission issue. I run it as my self. I just want to be
able to create a nonamed empty document from scratch and I cannot.

So no, this is not invalid
