Scratch won't load when previous session had files on disconnected network

Bug Description
If I open files in Scratch over a network connection, say SFTP, close Scratch, disconnect from the network, then try opening Scratch again it never gets past "Wait while restoring last session..."
Eventually it lets me force close it. Probably going to need to find and delete config to make it open properly again.
