Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. edit a long html document in scratch, with browser preview on
2. scroll the browser preview to the middle
3. change something in the middle of the html (the part visible in the preview) and press save
Expected:
browser preview refreshes so that you can see the change instantly (scrolled to the same position as it was before)
What happens instead:
browser preview is scrolled to top, and you will have to scroll back to where you were.
