don't open unsaved files in new windows

When I click "New Window" from Scratch in Plank or drag a tab into a new window, it opens up all my unsaved "New Document"s.

Scratch should know if I specify the "-n" flag is set that I want a new instance with no windows open.

Here's an example of what annoys me:

1. Start a new file in Scratch and type stuff.
2. Open some other file from your computer.
3. Drag that opened file's tab off to the side.
4. The new file created in step 1 will open with it!
5. I'm bugged!

It was agreed to open always all unsaved files at start up scratch.

I think you should contact Dan in terms of your suggestion.

On startup I agree, but when I click on "New Window" or send the flag "-n", it should give me a blank window. I assume this flag is used when I move an existing document to a new window.
How should I contact Dan? I'm a noob to working with community projects.

I cannot reproduce this bug in r1705 so I am marking as fixed. Please re-open if you can demonstrate the bug on a recent version.
