Bug Description
to produce this bug:
1. create new file in scratch
2. write one line of string, keyboard cursor still in the end of the line
3. press alt+tab to switch to another app
4. press alt+tab again back to scratch to see the keyboard cursor change to the next line
another scenario:
1. create new file in scratch
2. write 3 line of string
3. put keyboard cursor in the 2nd line
3. press alt+tab to switch to another app
4. press alt+tab again back to scratch to see the keyboard cursor change to the 4th line
