Incorrect write-permission detection when opening a file from file-manager plugin

Bug Description

When opening a file (from the filemanager sidebar) I get the message "You can't save changes to: ..." while I do have write permissions. When I open the file from commandline (using 'scratch-text-editor file') I do not get this message, the same hold for using the 'open' button from the toolbar.

So somehow the write-permission check is messed up when opening from the file-manager plugin.
