Bug Description
Test case.
- Create a scope with scopecreator tool using RSS template.
- Use http://
- Build and run the scope.
Expected result.
- Feed is correctly displayed.
Actual result.
- Encoding error appears in the logs.

I downloaded the feed and changed the encoding to UTF-8, and put the file in a server to check: encoding error was gone, and the feed was displayed.
