keyword lacks "link_to_child_specified"

I'd like to do the following but cannot because a "keyword" does not support "link_to_child_specified":

            "keyword": {
                "keyword": "somekeyword",
                "link_to_child_specified": "afullyqualifiedscopename",
                ....
        },

This would allow us to add a link to child to the photos-scope's new keyword aggregation of telegram.
