Bug Description

A "category" may contain any number of declared scopes and keywords. As such, it may seem link_to_child should never be allowed, since there is no one child to link to (the category is filled with results from many child scopes).

It should be supported. For example, today scope contains a category for headlines (which shows child scopes with keyword "headlines"). It seems reasonable/desirable that the today scope headlines category should have a link to child that links to the news aggregator scope (which also aggregates headlines in its first department).
