Staden PPA package doesn't have proper orig and diff tarballs

The staden source package in the scubuntu-dev PPA (https://launchpad.net/~scubuntu-dev/+archive) does not have proper .orig.tar.gz and ubuntu .diff.gz files - it is packaged as though it is a native debian package.

Non-native Ubuntu packages (i.e. those that have upstream source) are expected to have a projectame_${upstreamversion}.orig.tar.gz file package that contains the pristine upstream sources and a
projectame_${upstreamversion}-${DebianRevision}ubuntu${UbuntuRevision}.diff.gz that contains the changes made to Debianise/ubuntunise the package (based on the upstream source).

As this staden package clearly originates upstream and is not a native Ubuntu package, it should follow this convention.
