Bug Description
We use this message in several places: courses, emails, sections, terms, etc. The problem is that this produces only one translatable string. In some languages like Spanish this matters because of the gender in grammar. We should use more explicit messages like "There are no courses" or "There are no sections" which will help translators to get the gender in the string appropriately.
