Bug Description

• Resources: try Reserve, additional Unnamed event is created.
• Resources: click calendar, click on an hour, an event is created 3 hours later

The timezone related part is fixed. Creating Unnamed events is how that part of reservation works now I'm afraid.

I still sometimes get an Unnamed Event Monday at 7 am, even though I reserve resources for Wednesday evening.
