XLS importer does not handle boolean or required demo fields

Bug Description
There are really two bugs here, but both will be solved with the same commit:
1) If a demo field is boolean, the importer needs to validate it against True/False.
2) If a demo field is required, then the importer needs to generate errors for missing required data.
