Bug Description
It is now difficult to debug i18n issues. We need an automated way to create a
fake translation file with all messages altered in some easy to recognize way (I
suggest adding « » characters around each, or something like that). It should
be trivial to start up a schooltool server with this fake translation file (a
Makefile rule?) and see at a glance strings that aren't translated.
