book resource in batch during scheduling

current:
1) user go to a section, click "schedule"
2) users are asked to choose a time table, click "Save" to create corresponding calendar events

expected:
1) user go to a section, click "schedule"
2) users are asked to choose a time table and resource to book. click "Save" to create corresponding calendar events with resource booked.

This is useful if you want to book a same room for every sector of a course. Otherwise the click has to click 30 times to book the same room for every lesson, each time when she plans new sectors.

The plan for the current implementation would be that under the section information you can assign a resource, including a location. The bug is that there's no "edit resources" link to actually do that now on the section form. This is something that broke at some point and needs to be fixed.
