Bug Description

As long as we haven't implemented "unhiding," from the user's point of view, it is indistinguishable from deleting. So the score system index should be consistent with the rest of the index pages which have checkboxes and a "Delete" button, at least until you can also "unhide."

A (possibly belated) thought: maybe it would make sense to label the checkbox "visible", as in "this collumn is visible"?

Well, what we really need is a form that also shows, or at least links to hidden items and lets you unhide them. Probably this should be done in a re-usable way, since it needs to become a pattern in various places in SchoolTool.

So we need to think about the whole thing. In the meantime, to label the column "Delete" is simply most consistent with other forms.
