Group-Students should list students by page

When I logon as manager, and go to groups and students,
SchoolTool tries to list all 9,500 students in the system.
It should list only a page.

Frankly - all views that are displaying a "table" of items should have some kind of structured export. But that's a long term goal, adding an export view for groups and sections is simple enough to add and i will probably do it some time soonish.

Ooops, wrong "Tab", this should have gone to the 268176 bug. As for this bug - yes that view must get paging.

The biggest problem with this at the moment is that without serious rework of our relationships system I can't make that view perform well enough even with paging. So even if you would only see 25 persons - you would still have to wait for a while until that view get's rendered...
