User should be able to start and stop SchoolTool from System menu

Bug Description

SchoolTool should appear under System > Administration > Services so it can be started and stopped without using the GUI (in Ubuntu)

Right now, it seems like SchoolTool is picked up by the Services Setting tool, but not SchoolTool-2008, which is what you really need (I think...). I haven't been able to find anything about how Services Settings builds its list of services, though.

Sorry, I'm just not able to handle this bug.

I'm totally out of my depth when doing GUI stuff. I can't even code Javascript...

The Services Setting tool presumably automagically picks up what services to add to its list. Either that or each service registers itself with GNOME somehow. We just have to figure out how it works. I'm not even sure who to ask: Ubuntu, GNOME, etc. Probably I should file an Ubuntu bug.

No idea how starting/stopping SchoolTool fits in Ubuntu Control Panel. It is a server, manage it like other servers.
