Course Worksheet Template in relation to linked columns

When defining the course activity (columns) in worksheet template for specified course, it's further not possible to create a custom sheet using the linked columns in the gradebook. In opposite, linked columns works when defining columns in sheet directly in gradebook. Is it possible to implement such functionality or maybe I'm doing something wrong? Without this, it's hard to define the same columns every time for each courses. We have to use linked columns because the overall score is based on different columns on each courses.

I think you've just bumped into a limitation of the current implementation.
