reports not working

I get the following when I try to prepare a report. It follows upon my changing some demographics as they weren't visible?
This is the text on the home page message section where one might get the produced report, as you can see it worked at first, then I changed some demographic limitations to allow administration to also see student demographic details?

Report generation fails. The error messages are accessible to the "manager" user and can be seen in the Server tab, click on Server Information, Scheduled Tasks in the left sidebar. (http://localhost:7080/schooltool.tasks if you are on the same machine).

Then if you click on a Task, you'll probably see an Exception that happened during report generation. This would help us to determine what the problem was.

funnily enough, none of the previous flaws/bugs/errors show on this errors tab nor the ones today.
Todays errors only show at the bottom of my home page,

ps I have added a lot of demographics , it might be pushing boundaries and shutting down?
