Navigation issues after security remap

Some links are protected by the right permission, but registered on the "wrong" context, so they're not available for the appropriate user.

For example: clerks are the only ones with schooltool.edit on the course container (i.e. manage courses), but the /courses view (and the management viewlets on the sidebar) is registered for ISchoolToolApplication and clerks have no schooltool.edit on the app.

Justas once recommended this should be fixed by using traversal properly (.../schoolyears/2012-2013/courses).

Clerks should also have "limited" access to /manage, but I'm not sure how this could be solved without giving them edit on the app...
